Michael Balan started his banking career at Republic National Bank of New York in 1989. Michael moved to Miami in 1992 and has worked at three money center banks, including BNY-Mellon and NationsBank-Bank of America and three commercial mortgage banking firms.

Michael has arranged thousands of commercial real estate transactions in all property types including multi-state property portfolios. Michael’s expertise and sensitivity to lender concerns are evidenced by an above industry success rate in loan approvals.
